Brief description of the service

Scaffolding work: approx. 7,000 m² protective/ supporting and working scaffolding LK 04, approx. 11,250 m³ room scaffolding, LK 04, approx. 3,010 running meters of bracket brackets, approx. 2,920 running meters of side protection, 7 stair towers, 1 transport platform with 4 landings, 40 weeks supply; Waterproofing work: approx. 2,320 m² flat roof structure warm roof with vapour barrier/ emergency waterproofing, mineral wool sloped insulation, 1-lg. waterproofing plastic sheeting (EVA), 1 skylight/roof hatch, 7 flat roof windows; plumbing work: approx. 250 running meters of aluminium parapet covering, approx. 14 m² titanium zinc chimney cladding; landscaping work: approx. 2,320 m² extensive green roof (sedum) and Gravel areas as ballast, completion, development and maintenance care for 5 years; metal construction work: approx. 380 running meters of safety railing for parapet, aluminum, fixed with ballast; steel construction work: approx. 460 m² trapezoidal steel sheet; dismantling work: 15 running meters of parapet MW + St concrete, 12 running meters of solid parapet cover made of reinforced concrete; masonry work: 7 parapet openings.
