Data Protection
On May 25, 2018, a new EU General Data Protection Regulation came into force.
It also applies to associations and regulates every form of automated processing of personal data, such as the correct way to obtain consent for its storage. The General Data Protection Regulation regulates not only data processing in one's own association, but also the transfer for the purpose of commissioned processing, such as to payroll and tax consulting offices.
A concise and easy-to-understand introduction is particularly recommended for associations:

Insurance and volunteering
Honorary work must be covered - especially for those who dedicate their time to it. For this reason, the legislature has steadily improved accident protection for volunteering citizens in recent years. The brochure "Zu Ihrer Sicherheit - unfallversichert im freiwilligen Engagement" (For your safety - accident insurance in voluntary work) from the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs shows the full range of statutory accident insurance.
