In the service portal you will find current information about your visit to the city administration and about municipal benefits, services and applicable legislation. Thanks to numerous online applications, you no longer need to go to us or to the relevant office for more and more services.  

You can visit the Citizens' Service on the ground floor of City Hall as well as the welcome desk of the Ausländerbehörde on the 2nd floor without an appointment.
Otherwise, you must always make an appointment before visiting City Hall. Please see the service messages at the bottom of this page. There you will receive up-to-date information, among other things about closed facilities or new offers.
