Depending on the service you require, you draw a number at the issuing machine on the first floor of the town hall via the button "Bürgerservice" or "Fahrerlaubnisangelegenheiten" (extra waiting area in front of rooms 21/22). A display in the waiting areas will call you to the appropriate counter. With the online display of the waiting time, you can leave the waiting area in case of longer waiting times and track your waiting status on your smartphone, for example. For the driver's license exchange, they can online make an appointment
