2nd cover sheet for development plan no. 156

At a public meeting on December 11, 2012, the Environment, Transport and Planning Committee of the City of Erlangen resolved to draw up the 2nd cover sheet for development plan no. .156 - Fichtestraße - for the area of Loewenichstraße, Schillerstraße, Wilhelmstraße and both sides of Fichtestraße.

In accordance with Section 2 (1) sentence 2 of the German Building Code (BauGB), the decision to draw up the plan is hereby published in accordance with local custom.

The spatial area of application is shown in the site plan printed below. The map is based on the extract from the real estate cadastre from November 2012.

The 2nd cover sheet for development plan no. 156 - Fichtestraße - is being drawn up in accordance with Section 13 BauGB using the simplified procedure. In accordance with Section 13 (3) sentence 2 BauGB, it is pointed out that an environmental assessment in accordance with Section 2 (4) BauGB is not required in the simplified procedure.
