Parts of the department will be accessible at the Bogenpassage (Nürnberger Straße 35) starting Thursday, October 29.
Some of the services offered by the Prevention and Participation Division of the City Social Services Office have moved in the last few days. Starting Thursday, October 29, the following services will be available at the Bogenpassage (Nürnberger Straße 35):
- Counseling services offered by the Care Support Center
- Housing counseling
- Counseling for people with disabilities and senior citizens
- Contact person for sports and social activities for seniors.
Social Services Office
Due to technical issues, the Neighborhood Outreach and Counseling in Special Life Situations departments will have limited availability by phone and email until further notice. The staff members are currently unavailable for in-person appointments.
