Good to know - Actionbound tours

Just like a normal scavenger hunt, locations have to be found and tasks solved. However, this digital version requires a smartphone with GPS and internet access as well as the "Actionbound" app.

In principle, anyone can play the city rally, all you need is the corresponding QR code or the corresponding online address. The scavenger hunt is intended for anyone who wants to discover the Erlangen-Southeast district.

It doesn't matter whether you want to do the tour alone or together with friends or family.

The Actionbound tours take place directly in the Erlangen-Southeast district. The starting point for the Art Actionbound is at the entrance to Georg-Zahn-Schule, Schenkstraße 114 and for the Climate and Sustainability Actionbound at Berliner Platz 1 in Erlangen.

• An Android smartphone or iPhone (iOS6 or higher) with a working camera and GPS. Windows Phone is unfortunately not supported.
  
  
• The free Actionbound app must be installed on the smartphone. You can find the app here:

• Mobile Internet (Want to save data volume? No problem! The Actionbound tour can also be downloaded beforehand via Wi-Fi. Just enter the name of the tour you want to do in the app and save it on your mobile device).

• Preferably a fully charged cell phone battery
  
  
• Comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather
  
  
• Possibly a drink and snack
  
  
• Possibly a bike (In the description of the respective Actionbound you can read whether it is a scavenger hunt, a district walk or a bike tour).

The scavenger hunt is started by scanning the QR code using the Actionbound app. You can also find the rally by searching directly in the app for "kunstinsuedost" or "klimanachhaltigkeit".

Tip: If you have no or poor internet reception outside the house, you can download or start the scavenger hunt at home and then continue on site at the starting point.

No, you can simply pause the rally in between and continue at a later time. After the interruption, the app must be restarted. The tour can then be continued automatically at the last point. It doesn't matter how long you need for the tour. You can always take a break to eat something, have a drink or enjoy the beautiful places and sights.
