Building area 413: Breite Äcker

The future construction area 413 will form the conclusion of the urban development measure Erlangen-West II. It is still at the planning stage. It will therefore be several years before it is realized.
Subject to the necessary city council resolutions, the following is planned:
Types of construction:
- Multi-storey residential buildings (rental and owner-occupied apartments)
- terraced houses
- Joint building venture projects
Start of marketing:
- Not expected before 2031
No statements on the marketing concept are possible until marketing begins. The city council will decide on the marketing concept shortly before the start of marketing, i.e. probably not before 2031.
Applications are therefore not possible, and there will be no shortlists.

There are currently no city-owned building plots for sale.
The land-use planning process for development area 413 - Breite Äcker is still in its infancy. Marketing is not expected to begin before 2031.
The main focus will be on apartment buildings (rental apartments and condominiums), but there will also be terraced houses.
Detached and semi-detached houses are not planned.
The city council will decide on the marketing concept. The corresponding marketing decision will only be made shortly before marketing begins, i.e. probably not before 2031. Information on the marketing concept is therefore not possible for the time being.
The plots are expected to be sold to property development companies, which will be selected via a concept tender. These companies are then expected to market their apartments and terraced houses directly. Applications to the city are therefore not possible and there will be no waiting lists.
Plots for building cooperatives are also expected to be offered in the 413 development area. Specific information is not yet available.
