The City of Erlangen has published a new edition of the commercial building land register in accordance with Section 200 (3) BauGB as at 31.12.2023. The commercial building land register lists areas that can be built on immediately or in the foreseeable future on a map. In addition, the commercial reserve areas are included as an indication.
The building land register can be viewed at the Office for Urban Planning and Mobility (Gebbertstraße 1, 3rd floor). If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Gugel on 09131 / 86-1357.
If you are the owner of an affected property, you can object to the inclusion of your property in the building land register at any time. Your property will then no longer be listed in the next new edition. You can address your objection to:

The inclusion of sites in the commercial building land register is without guarantee. No liability is assumed for the fact that the areas included in the cadastre can be built on immediately or in the foreseeable future.
