The Social Services Office’s departments for neighborhood outreach and counseling in special life situations (formerly the departments for senior and intergenerational issues and case management) are currently only available by phone and email on a limited basis until further notice. This is due to technical issues.
The staff members are currently unavailable for in-person appointments. They appreciate your understanding.

Some of the services offered by the Prevention and Participation Division of the City Social Services Office are relocating. As a result, access to certain departments will be limited from Thursday, October 15, through Wednesday, October 28. Read more
