Clearly grouped into categories such as "Food/Drinks", "Gastronomy", "Handmade" or "Education", you can see all the places and their offers at a glance, e.g. fair trade products, repair options, low packaging, etc.
On the back there are numerous tips and ideas on how to live more fairly and sustainably in Erlangen. If you want to know even more, you can also use the interactive online map. In addition to many additional places that do not appear in the printed version for reasons of clarity, you can also find places outside the city center and in the surrounding area.

The Stattplan is a project of the Fairtrade steering group of the city of Erlangen, and was largely developed by the groups fairlangen.org, the Weltladen Erlangen, the Lesecafé Anständig essen and the city of Erlangen.
