The Franco-German Institute is a mediator between the German and French languages and cultures.
About the institute
The Franco-German Institute has been under the direction of Rachel Gillio since November 1, 2003 and reports to the board of Pascale Höger (1st Chairwoman) and Nadja Steger (2nd Chairwoman).
The Franco-German Institute sees itself as a mediator of both cultures and languages and is therefore an important point of contact for French and Francophones throughout the region.
