At the end of the meetings, a milestone was reached for Erlangen's goal of "climate neutrality before 2030". Both the council, consisting of 25 Erlangen residents, and the stakeholder group, which brought in the diverse perspectives and needs of the city's population, have made their decision: The majority of both bodies recommend the entire catalog of measures to the city council for implementation. This now comprises a total of 41 measures for the areas of mobility, buildings, nutrition and consumption, energy consumption and overarching solutions.
