15th amendment of the land use plan with integrated landscape plan 2003

The draft of the 15th amendment to the land use plan with integrated landscape plan 2003 for the sub-area - SV Tennenlohe - was made available to the public in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the German Building Code (BauGB) from June 4, 2012 up to and including July 6, 2012.
An environmental assessment was carried out.
The following types of environmental information are available:
1) Expert reports on the subject areas:
- Noise immission control
- Species protection (saP)
- Effects on Natura 2000 areas (FFH)
- Groundwater level test report
- Impact/compensation assessment
2) Environmental comments from early participation on the following topics
- Utilization of protected forest
- Interference in protected areas
- Scope of planning and alternatives
- Forest functions
- Noise emissions
- Compensation and replacement reforestation areas
- Water management
Comments can be submitted during the above-mentioned public display period. Comments not submitted by the deadline may be disregarded when a decision is made on the 15th amendment to the land use plan with integrated landscape plan 2003.
The urgent need for a third pitch (training pitch) for SV Tennenlohe requires an expansion of the club's sports facility. In particular, in order to be able to use the club's existing infrastructure (sports fields, clubhouse, sanitary facilities, etc.), the additional sports field is to be attached to the north of the club's sports grounds. In addition, sufficient space must be provided for the stationary traffic associated with the use of the sports facility.
The clearing of protected forest is necessary for the realization of the project. The external areas used for the replacement afforestation also serve to compensate for the impact in accordance with nature conservation law.
