Over 4,700 euros were raised. Mayor and Education Commissioner Christian Lehrmann expressed his gratitude on July 29 at City Hall: “On behalf of the City of Erlangen, I would like to thank the hardworking fundraisers. Just like last year, Emilia Rittmaier and Lotte Pape were the hardest-working team this year.” As a “thank you,” Lehrmann presented various donated gifts. The various teams received free passes to the Erlangen municipal swimming pools, as well as gift certificates for books at Rupprecht Bookstore, movie tickets from CineStar Erlangen, and ice cream at Buonissimo. Among other things, the Müttergenesungswerk supports mothers’ health through preventive care and rehabilitation programs.
