Brief description of the service

Annual call for bids for building maintenance on properties within the city limits of Erlangen, with a term of 2 years. A separate bid is required for each trade. A bidding and award procedure in accordance with Section 4(4) of the VOB/A will be conducted for a framework agreement pursuant to Section 4a of the VOB/A. This is based on a total contract value of 100,000 EUR net for two years. Contracts will be awarded in 4 lots. The contract amount is based on the bid amount. Information on how the bid amount and contract amount are calculated can be found in the bid documents. The contract amount for an individual order under the framework agreement shall not exceed 25,000 EUR net.
