With the initiative JAZ - Yes to the future - training and labor market promotion is a bridge between school and the world of work.
The JAZ e.V. association was founded in May 2003 as an initiative of the Department of Economics. Through cooperation with companies and as a cooperation partner of the Erlangen secondary schools, the association aims to provide the Erlangen economy with suitable junior staff in the commercial and technical sector. As a non-profit association, we work in a professional, competent and committed manner to place young people and young adults in training and work.

At school
Short distances and quick accessibility thanks to our presence at the three Erlangen secondary school locations.
After school
No training place after leaving school? Of course we also look after you "afterwards". Our office in the city center is available for this purpose.
Before, during or after training
Last-minute placement for late starters, assistance with changing training place and training company if problems arise. After successful completion of the training, we provide support in finding a suitable job if required.
