The newly founded youth employment agency "JUBA-ER" in Erlangen is a merger of the three players

• Erlangen job center (training team)
• Federal Employment Agency (pre-employment careers advice)
• Erlangen City Youth Welfare Office (youth social work).

These three legal entities work together "door to door" in the Youth Employment Agency to provide the best possible support for young people and young adults during the transition to working life, working life and university. This phase of life in particular is associated with a variety of challenges and makes close cooperation between the specialists of all three players all the more important.

A special service offered by the employment agency is the job application center, which is also integrated into the youth employment agency. Here, young people and young adults receive help with their applications from specialists.
