About the facility

The Franconian International School is located in Röthelheimpark, Erlangen.

The facility has six kindergarten groups with a total of around 100 children.

In the kindergarten (Early Years) of the Franconian International School, children of different nationalities are taught various subjects from the age of
3 years of age in various subjects in English and partly in German. Our employees also come from
from a wide variety of nations.

Children are curious by nature: they want to understand everything that happens around them. A curriculum that encourages this natural curiosity can have a significant impact on a child's positive development. At Franconian International School, our children receive the support they need to understand themselves and their environment, and to acquire basic skills and knowledge. At FIS we teach according to the International Primary Curriculum.
