About the facility
The facility is located between Regnitzgrundwiesen and the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal, near Freibad West. The facility has two enclosed outdoor play areas with a water play area and there is a small park and a large playground in the immediate vicinity of the facility.
The facility, a remodeled three-storey settler's house, is structured similar to a residential building and thus conveys a feeling of security.
The facility has a spacious garden area.
The lifeworld-oriented approach is the basis of our educational work. We want to give the children the opportunity to gain new and varied experiences in an environment of "well-being" and "security"
Together with other services offered by the Culture and Leisure Office and the Youth Welfare Office, we are primarily available to the residents of our district, although children from other parts of Erlangen are also welcome.
Our two-storey building was constructed by GEWO-Bau in 2013. We have bright and friendly rooms with comprehensive and functional equipment.
Every child needs security, warmth, affection and recognition in order to develop sustainable relationships and a stable personality. Language education and social learning are developmentally very important in our day nursery and take place constantly.
