Your tasks:
- Technical and service supervision of the integrative playrooms and the integrative houses for children in Department 514
- Personnel management and the development and implementation of concepts for staff recruitment, deployment and development
- Quality assurance and development, in particular professional supervision and overall responsibility for compliance with quality standards and the professional development of educational work
- Specialist advice for the playrooms and houses for children on educational and conceptual issues
- Cooperation and maintenance of the internal and external network to ensure a high quality of support services for children, young people and families as well as public relations work and external presentation of the work

Your profile:
- Completed degree in social education or Bachelor's degree in social work with state recognition or a comparable degree with state recognition (please enclose proof)
- Several years of experience as a manager or deputy manager of a social work facility or department
- Competence in appreciative and solution-oriented leadership and management of employees; additional qualifications in systemic counseling, leadership and management, coaching or social management are desirable
- Strong understanding of leadership and decisiveness as well as the ability and willingness to motivate, challenge and encourage employees
- Knowledge of and interest in digitalization is desirable
- Legal knowledge of SGB VIII, BayKiBiG, personnel law, municipal budget law and administrative law as well as sound knowledge of child and youth welfare law are desirable
