Your tasks:
- Independent and autonomous management of guardianships and curatorships for the legal representation of children and young people as well as special forms of guardianship
- Legal representation in all areas of life
- Bonding work with regard to regular, personal and trust-building contact with the ward
- Documentation and fulfillment of reporting obligations to the supervising family court
- Cooperation with services, authorities and external social institutions
Your profile:
- Completed degree in social pedagogy (FH) or Bachelor's degree in social work or social pedagogy and management with state recognition as a social pedagogue (please enclose proof)
- Class B driving license (please enclose proof)
- Legal knowledge of public and private law with a focus on the German Civil Code (BGB) and Social Code VIII (SGB VIII) as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself quickly with new areas of law and to undergo continuous further training
- Tact and empathy as well as assertiveness and decision-making ability
- Flexibility with regard to working hours
