Stand: 28.05.2024
As part of a semester project with students of architecture and civil engineering, designs were created for the construction of a new community and club house with a volunteer fire department in Eltersdorf.
The collaboration between the Office of Facility Management and Coburg University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Design, is entering its second round.
In an interdisciplinary semester project with students of architecture and civil engineering, designs were created for the new construction of a community and club house with a volunteer fire department in Eltersdorf. The challenging planning task was implemented by the students with a great deal of commitment and creative ideas and motivated different approaches to solutions in the respective specialist disciplines. The designs show the urban integration of the new building, the geometry of the structures and realistic spatial impressions, each supplemented by construction drawings and detailed technical illustrations.
The building department promotes research and teaching by offering to integrate current planning tasks of the city of Erlangen into the curricula of the universities.
