Project development

Project Development is directly assigned to the Planning and Construction department and is involved in special projects that are not "in line" and need to be advanced across departments, especially at the beginning. Project Development forms the interface between all those involved and structures and coordinates the individual tasks.

Project development focuses in particular on underused and unused areas in Erlangen. These are seen as important reserves whose development is of particular interest against the backdrop of a growing city.

Project development analyzes the individual sites and develops concepts for future urban development and design. The aim is to bring together information and all issues relevant to planning. The result is coordinated development concepts that serve as a basis for targeted decisions.
