Examination of 16th tree in front of the shopping center

The tree in front of the shopping center (intersection Spardorfer Straße / Lange Zeile) is in poor condition. Can it be replaced? Can the square there be made greener in general?

Department of Sport, Health, Fire and Civil Protection:
The existing Norway maple with the number 18443 cannot be replaced. As it stands on a power line according to the line plan, it is unfortunately not possible to plant a new one in the same place.
Planting elsewhere is also not currently being considered. This is because the priority list adopted by the City Council for the unsealing of municipal squares from the Office for Urban Planning and Mobility states that the "Venzone Square" falls into priority group D with regard to unsealing and that no tree planting may be carried out in advance with regard to a possible redesign.

An attempt is therefore being made to preserve the existing tree for as long as possible by adding humus and special fertilizer.
