Examination by the Planning and Building Department:
A general opening of the toilets in the old school (the clubhouse) is not possible as they cannot be separated from the rest of the building (e.g. crèche on the ground floor, stairwell, corridors up to the apartment on the upper floor). Furthermore, an opening is also rejected due to recent vandalism damage.
