Here you will find answers to your questions about registration, login and account in the Kitafinder portal.
You only need to register and log in if you wish to submit a care request online. The following functions are also available to you with your personal account:
- Save your search
- Remember facilities
- Use the data for further childcare inquiries (only with your express consent)
- Import data into your personal account (only with your express consent)
- Change selected data retrospectively
- Make a real-time status query for each individual care request.
You can have the activation email sent to you again. To do this, use the "Do not receive activation email" function on the Kitafinder login page. Either enter the registered e-mail address again or have the activation e-mail sent to a different e-mail address - in this case you will also need the password you used.
If you still cannot find an activation e-mail in your inbox (or spam/junk mail folder), please contact the support team with your name, the registered e-mail address and the municipality "Erlangen" : Telephone: 030 235 915 566.
ATTENTION: Depending on the provider, it may take up to 10 minutes for the e-mails to arrive. Please also check your spam/junk mail folder!
Please request a new password from Kitafinder using the "Forgotten password" function. To do this, enter your user name or your registered e-mail address. You will then receive a message asking you to confirm that you need a new password. As soon as you have confirmed this, you will receive a temporary password with which you can log in. You must then change the temporary password.
ATTENTION: Depending on your provider, it may take up to 10 minutes for the e-mails to arrive. Please also check your spam/junk mail folder.
If you would like to delete your account, first log in to Kitafinder. There you can select "Delete profile" under "My profile".
ATTENTION: If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to access the childcare requests you have already sent or view/track the status of the requests. A link to a new account is not possible.
