Your tasks:
- Working at the reception desk of the immigration office
- Initial contact, clarification of concerns and initial advice on immigration law for applicants
- Managing customers, in particular clarifying responsibilities, prioritizing, assigning appointments and receiving applications and documents
- Issuing residence permits and other documents relating to immigration law
- Communication with other authorities
- Maintaining and updating databases relating to immigration law and other administrative work
Your profile:
- Career qualification for the second qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path or completed vocational training as an administrative assistant or completed employee training course I (BL I)
- Quick comprehension, judgment and decisiveness
- Open-mindedness towards other cultures and lifestyles
- Friendly, confident and skillful appearance
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
