Stand: 28.05.2024
In September 2018, the fourth construction phase of the renovation of the Heinrich-Lades-Halle was completed.
As part of the renovation of the Heinrich-Lades-Halle, which has been carried out in four construction phases so far, the fire protection refurbishment of the large hall with foyer was carried out in 2018 and the building services equipment was also completely renewed in the process.
The ventilation systems with air conditioning, all electrical systems with fire alarm system (BMA) and loudspeaker warning system (ELA) for the large hall, the large foyer, including its gallery and conference rooms 3-5 were replaced.
A new control center installed on the roof now contains the ventilation systems for the large foyer. The heating system was also refurbished and the basic lighting was replaced with LED technology. These areas also received new event technology installations and controls for stage lighting, audio/video cabling and a stage elevator.
Further extensive structural work, extensions and the purchase of new furniture accompanied the fire protection and technical building refurbishment.
The entrance to the small hall is now barrier-free and appropriately accentuated by contemporary exterior lighting.
