Your tasks:
- Advice and support for people at risk of addiction and addicts and their relatives
- Implementation of outpatient aftercare / therapy
- Referring clients to inpatient addiction support facilities
- External appointments with cooperation partners and outreach work (e.g. clinics)
- If required, work in the Eckental branch office as well as in Höchstadt an der Aisch and in Erlangen prison as external addiction counseling
- Documentation of the work areas and participation in quality assurance measures
Your profile:
- Completed studies as a Diplom-Sozialpädagog*in (FH) or Bachelor of Social Work with state recognition as a social pedagog*in or Bachelor of Social Pedagogy and Management with a focus on working with people with disabilities and psychosocial care with state recognition as a social pedagog*in, or a Bachelor of Social and Organizational Pedagogy with state recognition as a social pedagog*in
- Experience or further training in the field of addiction counseling is an advantage
- VDR-recognized additional training is desirable, especially in the field of addiction or social therapy
- Good IT and MS Office skills and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
- Willingness to adapt working hours flexibly to counseling needs
- A high level of commitment, motivation and resilience
