Socio-educational service for people in housing emergencies

The Social Education Service of the Housing Department supports people who are at risk of losing their rented home. A housing emergency can occur quickly if, for example, rent or energy debts arise.

We also offer people who are housed in council apartments support in all aspects of everyday life (e.g. dealing with the authorities).

All people in housing emergencies.

Housing emergencies are households or individuals if they are

• homeless (without their own apartment or property secured by tenancy law)
• are threatened with homelessness or
• live in unacceptable housing conditions.
