The facility is located in the Büchenbach district.

The building was added at the end of the Donato-Polli-Straße social mile in 2021.

With BüNo 19, there are seven other facilities in Donato-Polli-Strasse.

The integrative facility Büno 19, located directly on the Holzweg nature trail, is run under the "House for Children" concept:
This involves cross-group cooperation between educational professionals with smooth transitions between the concepts of play and learning rooms.
The facility offers space for 16 children each in two learning room and two playroom groups. Each group has four integrative places.
At Haus für Kinder Büno 19, we see it as our task to recognize and accept each child's individual needs, resources and special characteristics.
We shape the children's education and development through individual and social processes.
This is achieved through continuous cooperation with parents and networks.

The house is detached and is laid out over two floors.

The house has a total of

• two playroom groups, each with a group room with a group kitchen, a preschool room and an adjoining group room
• two learning room groups, each with a group room with a group kitchen, an adjoining group room and an intensive room, which is used in line with the Silentium concept
• a movement room
• a workroom
• seven sanitary rooms and a WC suitable for the disabled
• a baby changing room with shower
• two offices
• three play areas, which can also be used for events

The garden and football pitch are directly adjacent.

The House for Children BüNo 19 is part of the Department for Strengthening Families of the Erlangen City Youth Welfare Office.

The play and learning centers are located in districts with special social development needs and high stress factors. They are therefore located in the children's immediate living environment.

They work in small groups with a maximum of 16 children. Each group offers up to four places for individual integration.

As a low-threshold service, they offer more intensive support to children in their personal and/or family situation.

The house is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The playroom offers an early service, the learning room a late service. The Lernstube has special opening hours during the vacations.
