- Coordination of the various interdisciplinary sub-projects, definition and monitoring of the

- Commissioning, technical support and review of contractors (offices) in the field of planning engineering structures in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 3 across all service phases, taking into account supplementary service profiles required for the success of the project
- Coordination with stakeholders involved, representation of the special-purpose association before politicians and the public
... independent management of the planning approval procedure (the most important procedure for the overall project): Responsibility and operational implementation of the preparation of the documents for the planning approval procedure based on the planning results, taking into account the requirements of the planning approval authority

For this position, you must have a university degree (Diplom TH/Univ.
or Master's degree) in a suitable subject area (e.g. civil engineering) is essential.
In addition, we expect...
- several years of professional experience in the planning and realization of large transport infrastructure projects
- sound knowledge of construction contract law and public procurement law
- knowledge of legal contexts (railroad crossing law, funding law) and the resulting obligations to bear costs
- Sound knowledge of the planning and realization of large transport infrastructure facilities
- Comprehensive IT knowledge and confident use of IT programs (in particular MS Office, MS Project, CAD)
- Knowledge of project management, in particular scheduling
- Management experience
- Interest in the possibility of taking over technical management in the future
- A high level of initiative and a pronounced willingness to cooperate across disciplines in a small team
- Willingness to attend meetings and events outside of regular working hours
- High resilience and flexibility
