transform_EMN: Prospects for automotive suppliers

Stand: 28.05.2024

The transform_EMN project supports small and medium-sized companies in the automotive sector in the Nuremberg metropolitan region with their transformation.

Around 100,000 people in the Nuremberg metropolitan region work for suppliers to the automotive industry. Many of these jobs are dependent on the combustion engine and are threatened by the transformation of the industry. The major transform_EMN project supports companies in the development of new business ideas and technology transfer, among other things. The aim is to secure employment in the region. The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection is funding the project with a volume of 6.6 million euros.
