Sale of city-owned building plots

The designation of building areas regularly results in the development of new residential building plots, which are sold by the Real Estate Office - Property Transactions Department.
It is not possible for interested parties to reserve building plots. Information about new building areas or the upcoming marketing of city-owned building plots is published on our homepage and in the city newspaper "Rathausplatz 1". The town newspaper is published monthly at the beginning of the month.
