The theme for the spring/summer semester is "Crafts".
The offers
Some of the almost 1300 events take a look at the many facets of craftsmanship:
- from the craftsmanship of the Huguenots and violin makers to creative
- creative courses of all kinds
- to language acquisition as a tool for communication.
The program is available in printed form. It can also be found on the Internet at www.vhs-erlangen.de.
New venue: the kubic
The first events took place at the new culture and education campus kubic. Lecturers and participants have consistently reported positive results. The new, modern facilities make learning, moving, cooking and designing even more fun. The semester theme of craftsmanship is being implemented in these new specialist rooms.
New function for service office at Friedrichstraße 19
The former vhs service office at Friedrichstraße 19 has been given a new function. Since April 27, the vhs German Point has been a separate contact point for all services relating to German as a foreign and second language. Here you can register for German courses, exams, placement tests for integration courses and naturalization tests. The Deutschpunkt is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
