We have been around since 2024 and stand for comprehensive support for young people in their transition to working life. The newly founded youth employment agency in Erlangen is an amalgamation of the three parties involved:

Erlangen Job Center (training team), Federal Employment Agency (pre-employment career guidance), Erlangen City Youth Welfare Office (youth social work).

At the Youth Employment Agency (JUBA), teenagers and young adults receive comprehensive support to help them gain a foothold in the job market or university and cope well with the numerous requirements.
