The Erlangen Forest Christmas Market returns to Schloßplatz from November 23 to December 24, 2026

During the pre-Christmas season, Schloßplatz is almost unrecognizable with its countless real fir trees, soft forest floor, and warm lighting. There’s something new to discover around every corner. Unique gifts for loved ones, delicious refreshments, sweet treats, and warming hot drinks. The varied stage program also offers free entertainment for every taste and provides a welcome musical backdrop.

The Erlangen Forest Christmas is once again being organized this year by the City of Erlangen in collaboration with ARGE Erlanger Weihnachtsmarkt. Special thanks go to the City of Erlangen’s long-standing partner.

Hours:

Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Christmas Eve from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
