5th cover sheet for development plan no. 179

- South of the Bachfeldgraben -
At a public meeting on October 19, 2021, the City of Erlangen's Environment, Transport and Planning Committee decided to draw up the 5th cover sheet for development plan no. 179 - South of the Bachfeldgraben - for the area south of Bachfeldstraße, east of Gartenstraße, north of Tennenloher Straße and west of Frankenschnellweg. This 5th cover sheet is intended to partially replace development plan no. 179 - for the area between Bahnhofstrasse, Frankenschnellweg, Tennenloher Strasse and Regnitz.
In accordance with Section 2 (1) sentence 2 of the German Building Code (BauGB), the decision to draw up the plan is hereby published in accordance with local custom.
The spatial area of application is shown in the site plan printed below. The map is based on the extract from the real estate cadastre from September 2021.
The amendment to the development plan is intended to preserve the existing coherent open space structure in the inner block area. At the same time, a moderate structural development is to be made possible in such a way that in the inner area a subordinate building structure is created in volume to the main buildings along Bachfeldstrasse, Tennenloher Strasse and Gartenstrasse, and the existing granularity is taken up and continued.
