Your tasks:
- General office work for the Department of Digitalization, Sport, Fire and Disaster Protection
- Assistance activities for the Second Mayoress, in particular (digital) mail processing, independent handling of simple correspondence and file management in the document management system
- Meeting management, for example arranging appointments, preparing meetings including submitting the required documents on time and preparing the rooms

Your profile:
- Qualification for the second qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path or completed vocational training as an administrative assistant or completed employee training course I (BL I)
