Your tasks:

  • General office work for the Department of Digitalization, Sport, Fire and Disaster Protection
  • Assistance activities for the Second Mayoress, in particular (digital) mail processing, independent handling of simple correspondence and file management in the document management system
  • Meeting management, for example arranging appointments, preparing meetings including submitting the required documents on time and preparing the rooms
