Building cooperatives in the SEM Erlangen-West II area

A total of five plots have been allocated to building cooperatives in construction areas 411 and 412 of the urban development measure (SEM) Erlangen-West II. Four of these construction projects have already been completed. In construction area 412, the residential project of the "WohnGut-Erlangen" building community is currently in the realization phase.

Outlook:
Plots for building cooperatives are also likely to be offered in the future development site 413, which is currently still in the planning phase. Specific information is therefore not yet available for the time being.
