The City of Erlangen has published a new edition of the Residential Building Land Register in accordance with Section 200 (3) BauGB as of 31.12.2022. The residential building land register lists areas that can be built on immediately or in the foreseeable future on a map. The reserve areas for housing are also included as an indication.

The building land register can be viewed at the Office for Urban Planning and Mobility (Gebbertstraße 1, 3rd floor). To ensure health protection, a face mask must be worn during the inspection. If you are the owner of an affected property, you can object to the inclusion of your property in the building land register at any time. Your property will then no longer be listed in the next new edition. You can address your objection to:
