Your tasks:

  • Building physics planning for new builds and refurbishments in client functions or as in-house planner
  • Energy management for existing buildings, including consumption recording, consumption monitoring and expansion and optimization of the associated systems
  • Participation in the creation of energy renovation plans and concepts for construction measures to save energy
  • Informing and advising users of municipal buildings with regard to their influence on energy consumption

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in engineering (FH) or Bachelor's degree in energy management, energy management or energy technology or energy supply technology or renewable energies or civil engineering (desired focus: building physics, building services engineering) or building physics or energy-related building optimization or utility engineering or environmental engineering or a comparable engineering or technical degree or a career qualification for the third qualification level of the "Science and Technology" career path
  • Knowledge of the relevant energy industry laws (EnWG, GEG, EEG, KWKG) and funding programs (BAFA etc.) is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of systems engineering (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and knowledge of the structure of energy systems as well as measurement, control and regulation technology are an advantage
  • Organizational and planning skills as well as conceptual thinking
  • Confident appearance and enthusiasm for sustainability issues, environmental and climate protection
  • Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
