Winter-Fit
Where? Gerd-Lohwasser-Halle, Hartmannstraße 114, 91052 Erlangen, 1st floor, weight room

Beat the winter blues and train your whole body with us! Join in, no matter how fit you are. Our trainers offer a full-body workout with lots of different exercises. Join in and get through the winter stronger.
Bring your towel, clean shoes and something to drink.
Soccer for women
From 11.01. you can kick a ball (almost) every Saturday from 11:30 - 12:30 in the Egon-von-Stephanie-Halle.
The right kick for your weekend! Play soccer together, whether you're a beginner or an advanced player! Pack your indoor sneakers and get to know other soccer-loving women.
Bring your sportswear, indoor sneakers and something to drink.
Unfortunately, due to competitions of other sports taking place in the hall on the same dates, no training can be offered on January 18 and February 1, 2025.
New dates for working out in the movement landscape
What is it?
Exercise is fun and keeps us healthy! Children can jump, climb and play in the exercise area under the guidance of trainers. The focus is on the joy of movement. The offer is free of charge. Anyone can come along without registering.
Who is it for?
The program is aimed at children aged 4 to 10 years. Exceptions apply for siblings so that they can take part together. For 4- & 5-year-old children, a parent must accompany the child to the activity area. Children aged 6 and over may enter the activity area unaccompanied.
When?
From February 15, the Movement Landscape will be open on nine consecutive Saturdays from 13:00 to 17:00. The period is divided into time slots of 30 minutes. It is not possible to reserve places for specific time slots.

How?
For safety reasons, a maximum of 15 children can explore the movement landscape at the same time under the guidance of trainers. So that as many children as possible can take part, there is a change of participants every 30 minutes or every half hour and every hour. Please note that there may be waiting times depending on how busy it is. If there are still places available, it is also possible to queue several times.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable casual clothing is recommended. Sharp-edged items of clothing, such as belts or sequins, should be avoided.
You must bring non-slip socks, otherwise you will not be able to take part! Socks can no longer be borrowed.
A completed and signed declaration of consent from the parents is required. This can be downloaded from the website www.sport-gesundheit-erlangen.de under News/ Fun and exercise: Exercising in the Movement Landscape, filled out, signed and brought along. There are also printed consent forms available on site.

Yes, the offers are free and do not require registration. Just come along and join in.
The exercise instructors welcome all participants and introduce the planned exercise session. The exercises are then carried out. Depending on your individual fitness level, the exercise instructors offer different levels of difficulty in order to tailor the training to suit you. Finally, there is time for questions before the exercise program ends.
