Your Responsibilities:
- Professional leadership of a team currently consisting of up to 7 employees
- Providing professional guidance, support, and advice to employees, as well as serving as the point of contact as a specialist in “rental law, housing costs, and online payment systems”
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with professional standards
- Conducting case reviews and ensuring data quality and compliance with the law
- Reviewing and approving cash and in-kind benefits under SGB II of moderate to high complexity, including the school supplies package
Your Profile:
- Eligibility for the third qualification level of the “Administration and Finance” career track, or completion of Employee Training Course II (BL II), or Civil servants at the second qualification level of the “Administration and Finance” career track who have been granted eligibility for modular qualification to the third qualification level, or a completed degree (from a university of applied sciences) in a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Public Management, Bachelor of Laws, or a passed First State Examination in Law, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge in the areas of “rental law, housing costs, and online payment systems,” or a willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Good knowledge of SGB II, other social welfare law, and administrative procedural law is an advantage
- A high degree of responsibility, independence, decisiveness, and commitment
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness, as well as the ability to handle conflict and accept criticism
- Ability to work well in a team and a citizen-friendly approach
