Here you will find the effective amendments and corrections to the 2003 land use plan with integrated landscape plan
The land use plan cannot foresee all developments at the time it is drawn up. Adaptation to the spatial needs of the various local stakeholders is possible and necessary if this does not contradict the basic principles of land use planning.
Effective amendments and corrections since 2003
Amendment procedures are predominantly carried out using the so-called parallel procedure. This means that the land use plan is amended in parallel with the preparation of a development plan.

In the case of so-called development plans for internal development, a separate amendment procedure for the land use plan is waived. After the development plan comes into force, the land use plan is adapted to its content by means of a correction.
