Your tasks:
- Management of the special-purpose association, decisions of a fundamental nature in technical, personnel, financial and organizational matters, as well as ensuring overall management responsibility for all technical, commercial and legal matters
- Future-oriented further development and design of the special-purpose association
- Disciplinary management of the special-purpose association's employees
- Contact person for fundamental waste management issues, conclusion and monitoring of waste disposal and service contracts
- Performing the technical tasks of the special-purpose association administration, such as taking the lead in building maintenance
- Independently preparing the budget and annual accounts of the special-purpose association as well as implementing and monitoring the budget and financial requirements, including external representation
- Preparing and implementing the resolutions of the association assembly and attending meetings in an advisory capacity
Your profile:
- Completed bachelor's degree / diploma (FH) in an economics, technical, law or comparable course of study or completed employee course II or qualification for the third qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path
- Management experience and a strong understanding of leadership
- A class B driving license is desirable (please enclose proof)
- Knowledge of waste management law, administrative law, fee law and technical knowledge is an advantage
- High social competence, especially in dealing with employees, other managers, political bodies, in contact with citizens, authorities, organizations and contractual partners
- Ability to work under pressure as well as an independent and structured way of working, sense of responsibility, assertiveness, decisiveness
