Property Manager for the Kulturmeile Team

Office of Building Management - effective January 1, 2027 - permanent position - Pay grade: EG 6 TVöD - Workweek: 39 hours/week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing custodial services for properties in the Kulturmeile district, including all buildings and outdoor facilities of the other assigned municipal properties, as well as supporting colleagues in the district
  • Supervision, upkeep, and maintenance of technical systems and building structures
  • Performing minor repair and maintenance work
  • Providing support to building users
  • Supervising and monitoring third-party services, particularly contractors and cleaning staff
  • Lock-up and inspection rounds, including in the evenings and on weekends, as well as enforcing property rights

Your Profile:

  • Completed three-year vocational training in the fields of heating, plumbing, or electrical trades; installation; assembly; woodworking; or painting and finishing; or a completed three-year vocational training in a trade with relevant work experience in the scope of duties
  • Class B driver’s license (please include proof)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as a property manager is desirable
  • Willingness to work varying shifts, including outside of regular business hours in the evenings and on weekends
  • Openness and the ability to work well in a team, especially during situation-dependent, cross-property assignments
  • A confident demeanor with appropriate manners, as well as resilience and reliability
