Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible housekeeping duties in accordance with the guidelines of the German Nutrition Society (DGE), the Infection Protection Act, and the Food Regulation
- Organizing and preparing for and following up on lunch in accordance with the Lernstuben’s lunch service concept
- Independent preparation of lunch, desserts, and snacks
- Cleaning and hygiene measures in the preparation and group kitchens
- Independently purchasing food and coordinating delivery services
Your Profile:
- Completed three-year vocational training as a housekeeper, cook, baker, butcher, pastry chef, specialized salesperson in the food trade (bakery, butcher shop, or pastry shop), specialist in institutional foodservice, or specialist in restaurants and event catering
- Good knowledge of preparing meals for groups of children
- Ability to work independently and organize your own work, as well as strong time management skills
- Enjoyment of working in an environment with children
- Computer skills to place online orders with food retailers
