Your tasks:
- Responsible housekeeping activities based on the principles required by the German Nutrition Society, the Infection Protection Act and the Food Ordinance
- Organizational preparation and follow-up of lunch in cooperation with another housekeeper, educational staff of the two facilities and the children and young people in care
- Independent preparation of lunch, desserts and snacks
- Serving meals
- Cleaning and hygiene measures in the kitchen area
Your profile:
- Completed three-year vocational training as a housekeeper, cook, baker, butcher, confectioner, specialist salesperson in the food trade (bakery, butchery or confectionery), specialist for system catering or specialist for restaurants and event catering
- Very good knowledge of preparing food for several people
- Ability to work independently and self-organize as well as good time management skills
- Enjoy working in an environment with children and young people
- IT skills to place online orders with food marketers
